DAAD project and visit of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST)

During the visit of the KNUST in Ghana (Kumasi), a workshop on computer aided design (CAD) was given by our students Anna Hoppe and Viola Hollenhorst and our colleague Steve Flechsig. With examples, Ghanaian students were taught skills that they used in various computer-aided exercises. Further workshops were prepared by Saranya Nithiyanantharasa, who talked about project management, Christian Seewald presented the Kano model as part of product development, and Sumaya Islam organized a workshop on Design Thinking. In addition, the intercultural exchange with the Ghanaian students was deepened and a trip to the Mole National Park in the north of Ghana offered our students the opportunity to discover the diverse nature of the country.
