Dr.-Ing. Sebastian Rieks awarded for outstanding dissertation

Our former colleague Sebastian Rieks received the prize for outstanding dissertations at the New Year's Reception of the University of Paderborn on January 19. The prize is awarded by the Presidential Board of the University and is endowed with 2,000 Euros. Sebastian worked at the Chair of Fluid Process Engineering between 2014 and 2017 and received his doctorate in 2018 on the topic "Modelling and numerical simulation of coupled transport processes in structural elements of small-scale distillation processes for binary two-phase systems". We are happy for Sebastian and congratulate him on this great success!
