This year's Teambuilding Workshop of the Chair of Thermodynamics and Energy Technology took place in Budapest (Hungary) from 21.09. to 27.09.2016.
The Workshop serves as a platform of getting to know each other and aims at fostering team building by means of managing challenges and conducting activities mutually. This enhances group cohesion which also increases communication and motivation among its members.
During a guided tour through Budapest we could learn a lot about its history as well as its current state. Besides, we explored the town on our own walking tours and tried some culinary specialties of Hungary in the evenings. Another team strengthening experience was a cave tour where we had to support each other in order to overcome several obstacles.
