Prof. Kenig and Christopher Dechert took part in the 34th European Symposium on Computer Aided Process Engineering (ESCAPE34) in Florence from June 2 - 6, 2024. Christopher Dechert presented his current research results on the topic "CFD-based investigation of the efficiency enhancement due to microstructure reorientation in structured packing". In the subsequent discussion with interested parties from the international specialist audience, future applications of the methods and models were developed and categorized. In addition, there was a lively cross-thematic exchange with a wide range of participants.
