BIKINI
In the project funded by the BMWK, scientists from the University of Paderborn are working with partners from research and practice on a solution to enable sustainability along the complete process chain as well as over the entire life cycle of a product. In the specialist group, expertise in the area of (CAD) platform selection is used to be able to define interfaces and to be able to place the resulting development platform on the market in a powerful way. On the other hand, the existing skills of conceptual production planning at the chair, especially in the field of additive manufacturing, will be extended by the upcoming work in production selection.
