As part of the 21st annual global conference on Information Systems for Crisis Response and Management (ISCRAM), we presented our research findings on the current state of knowledge management in German fire departments. During the conference, we were able to discuss and refine our approaches with operators and researchers from all over the world.
As a venue, the NRW Fire Service Institute (IdF NRW) provided the ideal conditions for networking between science and practice.
