On 15 and 16 April, the LWF took part in the 42nd EFB Colloquium to celebrate its 75th anniversary in Würzburg. This year's colloquium was entitled ‘Materials and Technologies in the Trilemma of Radical Change: Mobility - Functionality - Environment’.
For two days, we were able to listen to exciting specialist presentations on the topics of joining and production technology and followed with interest the use of new machine-learning approaches in production.
Also on the agenda was the farewell to Dr Norbert Wellmann as Managing Director. We would like to thank Mr Wellmann warmly for his commitment and the many years of good cooperation and wish his successor, Mr Rosenbusch, all the best and look forward to continued successful and good cooperation.
