Future trends in forming and joining technology
The EuroBLECH Digital Innovation Summit from 27-30 October is a four-day online event with technology showcase, networking and webinars for professionals from the entire technology chain in sheet metal working. In virtual form, visitors can meet with relevant technology providers, watch informative product presentations, listen to lectures and webinars on current industry topics and ultimately find the best technical solution for their manufacturing process.
As part of this digital EuroBLECH, there will be an EFB webinar on Thursday, October 29 at 15:30 on the subject of Trends for the Future - Forming and Joining Technology. One representative each from the forming technology and joining technology will present the trends in technology development in their respective fields.
Prof. Behrens (IFUM, University of Hanover) and Prof. Meschut (LWF, University of Paderborn) will present the trends of their departments regarding sustainability and digitalization.
Dr. Norbert Wellmann, managing director of the EFB, will lead through the webinar. Participation for visitors is free of charge. The webinar will be held in German. Visitor registration is required for participation.
