Annual meeting of the ProcessNet sections Fluid Dynamics and Separation, September 9th-11th, 2015, in Bamberg

Prof. Kenig, Nicole Hüser, Alexander Olenberg and Alexander Zibart attended the annual meeting of the ProcessNet sections Fluid Dynamics and Separation  held in Bamberg from September 9th to 11th, 2015. Prof. Kenig gave a lecture on "Structured packings for absorption processes: model based investigation and optimization", another lecture was given by Nicole Hüser on „Numerical investigation of a new structured packing with an inclination angle of 75°“. Furthermore, Alexander Olenberg presented a poster on „Numerical simulations for the determination of the wall effect zone for the anisotropic flow of the gas phase in columns equipped with structured packings“ and Alexander Zibart presented a poster on „Systematic optimization of the liquid cooling system for an innovative on-board charger, which is designed for electronic vehicles, using the CFD methods“.
