The doctoral examination of Theodoros Atmakidis took place on 10th February, 2016. In his promotion lecture "Investigation of transport phenomena in systems with complex geometry using computational fluid dynamics" he presented the main achievements of his dissertation to his family, friends and colleagues.
Subsequently, he defended his thesis before the doctoral committee.
Theodoros Atmakidis began his PhD under Professor Kenig at the TU Dortmund. From 2008 till 2009, he was a research assistant at our Chair. We sincerely congratulate him on this success and wish him all the very best for his professional as well as for his private future!
