Properties: capacity: 0,5 - 3,5 kg/h, engine speed: 5 - 180 min-1, torque: up to 94 Nm
Principle: The extruder is equipped with a 3-zone-screw with D = 20 mm and L/D = 25. Three heating zones, which can be controlled separately, temperature and pressure sensors allow for well-defined processing conditions. Thus materials can be compacted and compounded on a laboratory scale with little degradation of material properties.
