OWL3D

OWL is also an economically active and innovative region in the field of additive manufacturing. The aim of OWL 3D, the 3D printing initiative for the region, is to demonstrate and strengthen this fact. As part of the ‘OWL3D Live & in Colour’ series, exciting lectures on the topic of 3D printing were once again presented at the University of Paderborn on 13 September 2013, providing interesting insights into the application of additive manufacturing processes in OWL. This time, the event was organised by the Direct Manufacturing Research Centre (DMRC) at Paderborn University.

As a member of the DMRC, KAt was involved in interesting discussions and was able to present current research content to regional and national guests at its own exhibition stand.

We would like to thank you for the good discussions and are already looking forward to the next OWL 3D event here in the region.
