Students learn how to apply quality management methodically.

Content:

In this course, students learn about the most important methods and concepts of quality management. They learn how quality is created not only in the product but also in processes and which principles, terms and procedures are decisive for effective quality management. 
Together we look at how these approaches can be transferred to different areas of the company and what contribution they make to sustainable value creation. In the accompanying exercises, students deepen their understanding by working on practical examples and applying the methods they have learnt to real-life problems. 
On completion of the course, students will be able to confidently explain and practically apply the basic concepts, methods and interrelationships of quality management. They will also be familiar with current standards and guidelines relating to sustainable production - and know how these can be implemented in operational practice.
