We recently enriched our courses on emergency response, fire protection and information systems with a visit to 112Rescue in Dortmund. At the trade fair, students were able to find out about the latest innovations in the field of public safety and work hands-on with technologies such as robotics and virtual reality. The exchange with exhibitors and experts provided valuable insights into the future of these important areas of application.
The visit was rounded off with a practical demonstration of a rescue from a vehicle involved in an accident.
