Forming Technology 1 (exercise)
Aim of the event:
Supplementary exercises are used to deepen the knowledge learnt and apply it in practice. For example, sample calculations are used to demonstrate areas of application for the basic principles of plasticity theory. In practical exercises on deep drawing and bending, further knowledge of sheet metal forming processes is taught. Participants will also be familiarised with experimental methods, test planning and data acquisition. The exercises are complementary to the lecture and form part of the examination.
