Im Rahmen der KW-Infowoche stellt das International Office Auslandsmöglichkeiten für Erasmus+ STT (Staff Training / Personalmobilität) und Erasmus+ STA (Mobilität zu Lehrzwecken) für Mitarbeitende der Universität Paderborn vor

Welcome to the Winter Semester 2026/27!
Dear international students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering,
We are delighted to welcome you to the Winter Semester 2026/27 and warmly invite you to our Welcome Event on 5 October 2026 at 2.00 pm in E3.327, where light refreshments will be provided.
If you take part in the Orientation Week organised by the Mechanical Engineering Student Council, they will guide you to room E3.327 and collect you afterwards.
We highly recommend taking part in Orientation Week to meet your fellow students!
This event is a great opportunity to meet your fellow international students, get to know your contact person at the Faculty and make your first connections before the semester gets fully underway.
We are very much looking forward to meeting you and welcoming you to our university community!

InRegioFIT at the University of Paderborn
The InRegioFIT project at Paderborn University supports international students as they begin their studies, throughout their degree programmes and as they transition into the regional labour market. It forms part of the FIT programme, which is sponsored by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), and is funded by the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space. Through practical advisory services and collaboration with regional businesses, InRegioFIT specifically prepares international talent for entry into the German labour market.
