The 20th Duisburg Extrusion Conference took place in Duisburg on 6 and 7 November. The event focussed on the topic of the circular economy. Mechanical engineers from the plastics industry and scientists from research institutions provided valuable insights into the daily challenges of securing high-quality waste streams and manufacturing the resulting products. The programme was rounded off with time for exchange between the participants, during which the topics presented could be discussed at length.
