KTP to be represented at the Elastomer Forum 2026 in Osnabrück

On 10 March 2026, Kunststofftechnik Paderborn (KTP) was represented at the Elastomer Forum organised by wip Kunststoffe e.V. in Osnabrück. The event provided a platform for dialogue between industry and academia on current topics in elastomer technology, particularly in the context of sustainability, digitalisation and modern polymer materials.

Florian Löhr from the KTP team presented his research findings on the topic of ‘Thermoset–elastomer composite systems for the two-component injection moulding process’. The topic addresses innovative material combinations that open up prospects for efficient and sustainable manufacturing processes.

The forum facilitated an in-depth technical exchange with experts from industry and research. The focus was on current developments, best-practice examples and a discussion of future technological challenges and opportunities in elastomer technology.
