Once again this year, the Kunststofftechnik Paderborn (KTP) was represented at KUTENO, the Northern Plastics Technology Trade Fair. From 5 to 7 May 2026, the KTP had its own stand at the exhibition venue in Bad Salzuflen.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all those we spoke to for the interesting discussions on a wide range of topics relating to plastics technology. We were able to maintain and strengthen existing links with former KTP students, current students and partner companies. At the same time, the trade fair provided an excellent opportunity to make numerous new contacts.
Our in-house construction of a miniature injection moulding machine once again attracted great interest from visitors. The machine provided a clear insight into processing technology and served as a good starting point for many technical discussions on injection moulding technology, research, applications and current developments in the plastics industry.
The positive response at the fair demonstrates once again just how valuable face-to-face exchanges between researchers, industry and the next generation of professionals are for plastics technology. We are already looking forward to the next KUTENO and to many more interesting encounters.
