Regular presence operation

On Monday, April 4, 2022, the University of Paderborn started a regular summer semester with full presence again, since the legal basis for most of the previously applicable corona protection measures and the associated special regulations are no longer applicable. The "concept for working and studying on the campus of the University of Paderborn" expired on March 31, 2022. There are no access restrictions and controls.

The mandatory obligation to wear a face mask no longer applies since April 4, 2022. However, all people present on campus are urged to behave out of consideration for the community and to respect the need for protection of their counterparts in daily interactions to comply with the proven hygiene rules and to continue to wear a medical mask indoors.

Summer semester 2022

Regular teaching

On April 4, 2022, the university returned to regular teaching in attendance.

The free attempt regulation will be continued for the examinations of the summer semester 2022. This means that exams that are taken and not passed count as not taken. The free attempt regulation does not apply to theses (bachelor and master theses). In addition, it does not apply to deception, attempted deception and plagiarism.
