This publication shows how repair manuals in the textiles, electronics and vehicle accessories industries can help promote sustainability through circular economy principles and the use of causal machine learning methods. Sentiment and emotion analyses of YouTube© feedback are used to illustrate how repair content can generate a positive response and strengthen a culture of repair and sustainability.
